Spruce Grove, Alberta (December 10, 2025) - Forum and Dawson Wallace are pleased to announce the construction of The Elm at Legacy Park, a new purpose-built rental community located near the intersection of Jennifer Heil Way and Highway 16A in Spruce Grove, Alberta. With occupancy anticipated in early 2027, Phase 1 will deliver two buildings and 186 modern rental suites (93 suites each) to one of Alberta’s fastest-growing cities.
