Moishes

The Moishes project is located in the heart of the Plateau borough, just steps away from Sherbrooke metro station on one of Montreal’s most well-known and bustling streets. It is at this very location that the city divides between East and West. The location benefits from the enrollment of thousands of students at UQAM university and the thousands of employees who work there. These factors, combined with the presence of hundreds of businesses and establishments along Saint-Laurent Boulevard, result in a daytime population of nearly a quarter of a million people.
